Yes. Before your first time booking a new dog, we will schedule a meet and greet to ensure that they will be happy and safe during their stay.

Please provide us with any food, medication, and a feeding schedule so that we can ensure your dogs are looked after as if they were at home. Toys, beds, couches, and other items of comfort are all provided at the facility.
